The Degree Program

Metropolitan State University of Denver offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation & Aerospace Science with a Professional Flight Officer Concentration. Western Air Flight Academy is the Part 141 flight training provider for the university’s Aviation & Aerospace Science Department.

As an FAA-authorized Restricted Airline Transport Pilot (R-ATP) Institution of Higher Education, eligible students can be authorized for the R-ATP at 1,000 hours of flight time upon graduation.
